Location perfect, two min walk to beach and shop and restaurants, across the road from bus stop. Spotless room, very comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle, gorgeous balcony with view of the sea. Perfect.

The view is really pretty. Also the locaction near the beach is so convinient. The apartment has three floors-one with bedrooms and toilets, second with kitchen, living room and dining space and third one with small lounging space. So good if someone wants to rest without noise. The kitchen is very well equiped. And the contact with owners was great.

The apartment is great. It's spacious, bright, each room has a million dollar ocean view and it felt very cozy, more like home and never like a hotel. Comfy beds. For 4 people its a jackpot and it doesn't get better than this in Salema. The terrace was also a thing of its own. The apartment is the last one in the building, so you get the privacy, it has a view of the town and the ocean that is equally spectacular both daytime and nighttime. Also you get a bit of mood light and fresh herbs in there. Its a great place to chill after sunset (it can get pretty chilly on the beach due to the ocean breeze). The kitchen was well equipped and it was a pleasure to be in - given that in the town of Salema you can't really get a seat in the restaurant without prior reservation, it did come in very handy. Theres a market in a building downstairs that can cover all your needs, including a very wide selection of wines and fresh bread and pastries in the morning. For large shopping you can drive to larger markets nearby, but they can get very crowded in the afternoon so expect queues. The barbecue was also awesome, especially that you can get freshly caught fish & veg in the morning as well. Theres no air conditioning, but inside the apartment it wasn't that necessary. On the terrace the heat was very intense in the midday though! Sunbathe there and you'll be crispy in no time. The beach is couple minutes away on foot with two ways of access, either downhill but over longer distance or closer, but with stairs. For activities, you can get a lot to keep you busy including dolphin watching, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. Definitely try the surfing lessons in Sagres. The town itself is very touristy but it keeps its original vibe, unlike larger cities nearby. No problems with parking near the apartment, though you'll probably want to be doing all your exploration on foot. Our host (Silvie) was super communicative, helpful and speaks great English.

This is a perfect one bedroom apartment located in the centre of Salema village. We were met my one of the owners and she explained everything to us. There was a welcome pack including wine, water and biscuits. The apartment is fully equipped and everything is in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect- quiet because it was at the end of a small street, overlooking the beach, ocean, and fishing boats. The hospitality was friendly and professional- Jorge welcomed us and showed us around, and the 3 maids made sure everything was spotless. The townhouse was exactly as presented on the web- as well as lots of wonderful surprises like the welcome basket, well stocked kitchen, robes and slippers and architectural books to peruse while lounging and watching the sea.

The hosts replied quickly on questions and were very friendly. The house is nicely equipped with stylish furniture and decoration. The ocean view is amazing to wake up to and start your day with a coffee on the terrace.
