This autumn, I enjoyed a photo tour around Slovenia. This place was by far our favorite accommodation. The owners know very well how important the personal experience is. They are kind, warm, relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is divine, the rooms are wide, clean, and quiet.

Clear instructions were given, and check in (by lock box) was easy. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Swan apartment, which occupies the whole top floor of the building. The apartment is in a great location, a few seconds walk from the lake, with beautiful views. There's a well stocked shop on the corner, which is very handy, if you don't want to go into the centre of Bled for groceries. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 2 boys aged 12 and 14. There are 2 balconies, which were great for a peaceful coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at the end of the day. One overlooks the parking area and the stream running alongside the property, and the other faces down the street towards the lake. The heating, hot water, washing machine, TV and WiFi functioned well. The kitchen, especially the fridge, is fairly small for a family of four, but we managed, and it was spotlessly clean. There's an area at the bottom of the stairs, which was good for boots and outdoor gear. Some coat hooks here, or at the top of the stairs, would have been really useful. Overall, this is a good value apartment in an excellent location (much better than staying in central Bled in my opinion), perfect for families.

Really nice and recently renovated apartment. Large bedroom and living room as well as a modern kitchen. Super quiet like you are out in the country but at same time right in middle of all the main attractions of Bled. Owner was really nice and accommodating and let us use her bikes. We loved her kitty too.

it was clean, modern, and well designed and the owners were extremely welcoming and kind. it was so restful to be I. the middle of the country but also to be able to walk downtown to the lake, a restaurant or even the local castle.

Quiet location in Mlino, up the hill from the lake, away from the crowds. Great facilities; lovely room and bathroom; excellent breakfast. Much better than it's 3 stars might lead you to expect. You can walk to Bled centre in about 20min. Mlino is a good starting point for exploring the area. Half Day trip to Vintgar Gorge highly recommended. This time in early June Lake Bled was busy, but bearable. From the middle of June till end of August it must be a bit of a nightmare with more than 50k visitors per week.
