Excellent apartment with everything you need. Felt good to be able to watch TV on a rainy day, cook some food, have a nice balcony and gym and pool. Very clean also, great location close to beach and the hosts were great and really helpful. Internet very fast !

Great house with nice, big daily cleaned, shared pool. Close to stores and a few street/local restaurants. 15 minutes walking distance from nearest beach - Surin. Breakfast was freshly made every morning and matched all our expectations. Mr. Q, our host, was exceptional and always available to help us with our requests and questions. We had a great stay at Villa in the Park and can recommend his place without any doubts. This is the place to stay at when you are in Surin area!

Me gustó todo del alojamiento, muy limpio todo y muy seguro todo. Había un montón de toallas a disposición. 5 minutos caminando hay supermercados, taxis, buses y farmacias.

We loved literally everything about this place. The beautiful villa is set in a gated private residence area - very close to all shops and restaurants on Rawai beach but at the same time completely secluded from the public. There is an outside terrace where we enjoyed a drink or two after the whole day of discovering Phuket. In the garden accessible to all residents, one can use a nice large pool. Everything is clean, modern (in a traditional decor) and very functional. And last but not least, our hosts - Tom and Sabrina - are just so lovely, caring people who made sure our stay is always pleasant and enjoyable, ready to provide useful tips and advice on anything we were curious about. Altogether, this was an incredible, very relaxing stay.

Location was perfect, if you prefer a quiet holiday. Still quite a unspoilt area. Complex was super clean. Boats to the islands just opposite The Title. Esther the owner was very knowledgable about things to see and do. Always on hand if we had any problems. Eating out was definitely cheaper here than commercialised areas. Two excellent restaurants The WeCafe and The MaCaw very close. Cheap and superb food.
