I loved everything. It is such a pretty villa, the room was really nicely designed, huge room, huge bathroom, it even had a terrace with everything you would need to cook, kitchen utensils, condiments, fridge. They even offered me water for all the stay. There was hot water for shower, wi-fi worked perfectly. The pool was amazing, the yard very pretty. Staff was always smiling and verg nice. I loved the music everyday. Breakfast was amazing and huge and the other food they served was delicious, they had the best food i ate on the island. Also, fruit juices veeery good. It is like 30 seconds walking to the beach. And there they have sun beds free for you.

What we liked the most was Queen, she was really helpful and always smiling! The room was extremely clean and modern, the AC and fan worked perfect. Also the pool and the exterior were beautiful and well preserved. We had dinner both nights of our stay and Chef James offered us delicious meals!

We had four great nights here at this lovely place. It’s quiet with gorgeous gardens, clean pools and has easy beach access. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen has all the equipment you need to make nice meals. Breakfast is delivered to your door. 😃 Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. All of them! It was a great place to catch up on sleep and relax after a few weeks of hectic travel!

I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

This is a true tropical paradise in a relaxing part of Jambiani. Very appropriate also for the families with small children. Everyone in Kobe team goes out and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They even prepared a lovely surprise for my birthday. The food is also good, pools refreshing and the beach is just a few steps away. The rooms are newly renovated and well equiped. We loved the outside resting area under the big trees that provide enough shade throughout the whole day. Along the beach you can find also other restaurants that serve good food, but all in all this part is not very crowded (like Paje for example). We really enjoyed walking along the beach in the afternoon, when the sun is less strong. The tide difference here is enormous, but this is actually what makes it so special and unique.

Great value for money. The surrounding is amazing, palm trees and the ocean all around. Really nice and quiet, perfect place to relax. The nearby beach is picture perfect, without too many people around. Jambiani is the number one beach location on the entire island.

This place is paradise - nice staff, Stefania and her mom are lovely, doesn't feel too crowded, limited number of beach boys around and lots of access to Jambiani Beach, good cocktails/food (especially pizza, of course) at the restaurant. Exactly what my wife and I needed for a few days and nights of pure relaxation

Beautiful bungalows just as shown on photos. Situated inside an enclosed property with pool and local greenery, within a short walking distance to the beach or restaurants. The apartment was perfectly clean, consisting of an own terrace, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The owner and the staff are available at any time and are very attentive, doing everything to make your stay comfortable.
