In this Hotel everything was perfect! We had our own terrace with view to the sea, breakfast in the room, kitchen for preparing our own food, everyday cleaning. Also food and drinks are available in the restaurant. We felt like part of the family, so we celebrated the christmas eve together with the owners, their friends and the staff. The owner took us one night to the sunset beach, where we were dancing and partying with them. We would definetly coming back!

Professional, warm, welcoming and willingness to help by the front desk officers Sadati and his manager was really amazing. More informative. They made us feel really at home. Rooms are clean, with spacious and full of privacy. I really recommend especially when already in island for last minute deals.

For anyone reading and wondering what the catch is, there is not a single one. It is right beside The Rock restaurant. Carol is such a kind and caring host and a seasoned traveller that doesn't want to charge an extortionate amount for people to stay. I was so impressed with this house. Nothing short of exceptional. The resort was exactly what we needed, a nice quiet stay with great views & well kept grounds. There are 2 pools on the property which were great to escape the heat. The beach was quiet and beautiful, and very peaceful comparing to Nungwi beaches, which can be full of tourists and vendors. Our Villa was very spacious for the 4 of us, and had great ocean front views, nice wrap around balcony and a private pool. The staff at the restaurant were all amazing, special thanks to Musafa (I hope I got that right) he made our day with his contagious smile & laugh J The food was very good, especially the beetroot tartare & octopus, we had it on multiple occasions. Would love to return and definitely stay here again, just a long way from Canada!

Upon arrival it looks very nice just like the photos, although a small space, very stylish with an unbeatable view. The sound of the waves crashing during high tide is amazing, the bed, shower pressure, and wifi were all high quality as well. This part of the island is so desolate you feel like you are on a deserted island. The cleaning woman was also very good and funny.
