The breakfast was amazing, one of the best banh mi I had in Vietnam. Our room was nice and with a very comfortable bed. Matt was very nice and gave us a lot of useful indications and recommendations to visit and eat around hoi an. Also, he offered us bikes which is the most convenient way to go to the beach and nearby locations.

The location is just 2 min away from a nice beach. The stuff and house owners were friendly and helpful.I had such sweet dreams on this bed, it was very comfortable and clean.

The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

Nos gustó todo desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, Vincent es muy simpático y amable, te ofrece muchas recomendaciones. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios, el desayuno a la carta fue buenísimo y abundante. Desde el hotel al centro se puede ir caminando, unos 10 mins o menos.

This was a beautiful quiet property tucked down a little lane way but still so close to all the attractions. The female owner was super helpful and booked all my tours and taxi for me.

The staff was super friendly and gives you great advice on what to do in hoi an, the location was perfect. It's located just outside the old town, which is super nice. You're located inbetween the rice fields. They give you free bikes to use to go wherever you want. The room is big and the bed is bigger than usual. The bed was really comfortable, one of the better beds we had during our traveling. The breakfast is also very nice. They make you fresh breakfast everyday. We loved every second! We would come back.

Perfect location if you are looking for a calm street at 5-10 minutes walk from old town. You can also rent bike for free. The host was reallyyy helpful, many great recommendations and the tour we did was nice! The homestay is really clean, free water is also great. Would 100% recommend.
