A recently renovated property, SUNSET ART Beach Front is set in Chernomorets near Chernomorets Beach, Vromos Beach and Chernomorets Camping Beach. A came to this place last year and I loved it, but this year they had some upgrades specially the new terrace is absolutely amazing!

The accommodation had everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a private car park at the back of the building. Gradina beach is 2 minutes walk away, down the path across the road. The host was very friendly and attentive. He let us stay as long as we wanted on the last day (as there was no one booked after us in our maisonette) and even gave us grapes from the family garden! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Featuring garden views, Villa Flora is situated in the Budjaka district of Sozopol, a few steps from Harmanite Beach and a few steps from Bamboo Beach. The location is great, with a wonderful view of the sea and the buildings on the coast of the sea. The closest beach is 1-2 minutes walking and there is also a big supermarket (Lidl) just 5-7 min walking. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt very well, even if the weather outside was not great. Restaurants and city center were also very close (with car it was like 5-7 min and one day we walked approx. 35 min). It was also good to have parking in front of the building. It is clear a place we would return.

Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

We were two families and stayed at one of the villas. I loved how spacious the villa is and that there is an outdoor space, where the kids could play. The rooms were very clean. There are two bathrooms and one single toilet on the ground floor in the villa. There are kitchen utensils enough to prepare coffee and breakfast. The pool is very clean and there is little pool for the kids.
