The location was great, very close to a supermarket. We loved the suite, huge bathroom, very comfortable room with everything you would expect in a suite.

A recently renovated property, Old Turku Family Apartment is set in Turku near Turku Cathedral, Kinopalatsi Movie Theater Complex, Turku and Veritas Stadion. It is a great apartman. Well equipped, clean and cosy but the 2nd bedroom are little bit smaller than I accepted.

The whole estate, lake front, was meticulously well maintained so it was an absolute joy walking around. The cottage we had facing the lake, just gorgeous. The place was big, the furnishings and amenities were clearly well thought out, excellent quality furniture in there, perfectly clean, rooms stocked with anything you could think of, car parked smack outside ones door, just an overall peaceful relaxing place. My plan is to revisit certainly. It is an excellent option to just get away for the weekend to recharge ones energy or work remotely.

Location was great for us who attended festivities nearby. For others it may be too far from Kotka. Absolutely great place to stay. A lot of history around, which we enjoyed very much. Listening to Hurriganes LPs in the old home of a Finnish rock legend was a unique experience. Tuija and her daughter Helmi were perfect hosts.
