Situé à 30 km du fort de Jaigad, le MTDC Vishwas Homestay, Kotawde, Ratnagiri propose des hébergements climatisés avec une terrasse. On our recent trip to Konkan, we stayed at Vishwas Homestay for two nights. It was a very peaceful and hassel free vacation. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The owners Mr. Gaurav and Mrs Minal went above and beyond in ensuring the same. They have created a wonderful tourist ecosystem with cooperation and respect of local small businesses. The rickshaw uncles Mr. Shivalkar kaka, Mr. Mane, the custodian/caretaker Mr Bashte(or Pashte?. Sorry if I misheard the names), the wonderful cook Ms. Riya, and also Ms. Vaishnavi- huge thanks to all these people for making us feel at home! Food: You get to experience the freshest locally grown produce cooked with good quality ingredients such as in a clean environment. Shivalkar kaka went fishing and we were lucky to enjoy freshly caught crabs and fish. Ms. Vaishnavi got the freshest leafy greens from her garden. Ms Riya cleaned and cooked everything just like a home made meal without unnecessary excess oil or food color. Location: the place is located in the hilly village of Kotawde. It was straight out of a maharashtrian story - with tiny red brick houses plastered with cowdung,, small farms, a cute children's primary school, mango, coconut trees, fussfree temples, home based cashew factories. If you are looking for a beach holiday, u can reach the beaches in 10/15 mins by rickshaw or car. I would strongly recommend using rickshaws and interacting with the people. It's a wonderful experience. Birds! : I don't own a professional camera, but we saw sooo many birds! Common kingfisher, oriental magpie, yellow sunbird, orioles, indian parakeet, and the highlight of it all - the gray hornbil ( not one,not two, but a whole bunch of 6!!!) Weather: we visited in December, so the weather was pleasant with dewy mornings. I loved my time here with my parents. A note to all the future visitors: its a homestay and not a hotel. We as tourists need to enjoy our time there likewise.

Home stay is located near by Tarkarli beach,Rooms are clean & Big.Owner is very helpful.Food is very tasty & authentic .Lighthouse, DSD scuba diving experience with rohit & other gyes are really memorable wonderful.I will recommended for other customers stay at least 2 days in this home stay.

Host are very positive, Raju the caretaker is wonderful and always available for any support.

Récemment rénové, le SEAVIEW Room Bandra W Bandstand Nr Taj WOMEN ONLY propose des hébergements avec une plage privée, un parking sur place et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. The couple were very welcoming and helpful. Room had its own shower room. Good location near SRK house , Taj hotel and sea. Not far from the airport.

Situé à 49 km du fort de Jaigad, le Gayatri Homestay propose des hébergements avec une terrasse et un jardin. Chambre d'hôte de qualité ( grande pièce, bonne literie et belle salle de bain) à prix très doux, à 10 mn à pied de la gare de Ratnagiri. L'accueil est très sympa, on nous a conseillé un restaurant pour le soir à 5mn à pied. Ce n'est pas précisé à la location, mais un petit déjeuner est offert le matin.

Situé à Malvan, à quelques pas de la plage de Tarkarli, l'Acharekar's Home stay - Adorable AC and Non AC Rooms with free Il propose des hébergements climatisés dotés d'une terrasse et d'une connexion... L'hôte est très disponible et réactif. Son établissement était plein lors de notre réservation et nous ne pouvions pas l'annuler (car cela nous aurait fait payer). Il a donc trouvé une solution en nous proposant de passer notre séjour chez des membres de sa famille. Celle ci était adorable, très accueillante et bienveillante. Nous avions la tourista pendant le voyage et ils ont été aux petits soins. La vue de la maison donnait également sur la mer, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Un grand merci

Close to Kashid beach, amazing pool & polite staff, excellent food provided by the property. Well spaced rooms and the pool was perfect for relaxation and play. Staff is polite and accommodates any requests they can. This property has a sea / mountain view and you can enjoy it from the pool or the front porch (which is great on its own). Kashid beach is 10-15 minutes drive and it is a white sand beach which is pretty well maintained.

Such a wonderful time spent in this gorgeous villa with friends! Love every detailing in the house. Everything was comfortable, food was great! Lots of space to play games and have fun! Highly recommended

Glorious swimming. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and friendly. Food provided by a neighbour was delicious. Lovely spacious terrace for chilling. Perfect place for a rest.
