Located 30 km from Jaigad Fort, MTDC Vishwas Homestay, Kotawde, Ratnagiri offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. On our recent trip to Konkan, we stayed at Vishwas Homestay for two nights. It was a very peaceful and hassel free vacation. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The owners Mr. Gaurav and Mrs Minal went above and beyond in ensuring the same. They have created a wonderful tourist ecosystem with cooperation and respect of local small businesses. The rickshaw uncles Mr. Shivalkar kaka, Mr. Mane, the custodian/caretaker Mr Bashte(or Pashte?. Sorry if I misheard the names), the wonderful cook Ms. Riya, and also Ms. Vaishnavi- huge thanks to all these people for making us feel at home! Food: You get to experience the freshest locally grown produce cooked with good quality ingredients such as in a clean environment. Shivalkar kaka went fishing and we were lucky to enjoy freshly caught crabs and fish. Ms. Vaishnavi got the freshest leafy greens from her garden. Ms Riya cleaned and cooked everything just like a home made meal without unnecessary excess oil or food color. Location: the place is located in the hilly village of Kotawde. It was straight out of a maharashtrian story - with tiny red brick houses plastered with cowdung,, small farms, a cute children's primary school, mango, coconut trees, fussfree temples, home based cashew factories. If you are looking for a beach holiday, u can reach the beaches in 10/15 mins by rickshaw or car. I would strongly recommend using rickshaws and interacting with the people. It's a wonderful experience. Birds! : I don't own a professional camera, but we saw sooo many birds! Common kingfisher, oriental magpie, yellow sunbird, orioles, indian parakeet, and the highlight of it all - the gray hornbil ( not one,not two, but a whole bunch of 6!!!) Weather: we visited in December, so the weather was pleasant with dewy mornings. I loved my time here with my parents. A note to all the future visitors: its a homestay and not a hotel. We as tourists need to enjoy our time there likewise.

Home stay is located near by Tarkarli beach,Rooms are clean & Big.Owner is very helpful.Food is very tasty & authentic .Lighthouse, DSD scuba diving experience with rohit & other gyes are really memorable wonderful.I will recommended for other customers stay at least 2 days in this home stay.

Set in Diveagar, within 2.6 km of Diveagar Beach, Sandcastle Cottages 3 WiFi - SmartTV - Parking - Diveagar is an accommodation offering garden views. A new property with required facilities. It’s a perfect hide out for them, who are looking for peace. Walkable to beach, food needs to be enjoyed from numbers of local home kitchen. Host are very positive, Raju the caretaker is wonderful and always available for any support.

A recently renovated homestay set in the Bandra district of Mumbai, SEAVIEW Room Bandra W Bandstand Nr Taj WOMEN ONLY offers accommodation with with a private beach area, parking on-site and free... The couple were very welcoming and helpful. Room had its own shower room. Good location near SRK house , Taj hotel and sea. Not far from the airport.

Situated 49 km from Jaigad Fort, Gayatri Homestay offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Great option, if you want to be near the railway station, as it is only a 10 min walk away and easy to find. It is run by a lovely family, the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, wifi works, aircon too, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are super comfortable and all windows have fly screens. In addition to that, mami cooked us a tasty complimentary breakfast, poha with tea! Full points from us.

Situated in Malvan, a few steps from Tarkarli Beach, Acharekar's Home stay - Adorable AC and Non AC Rooms with free Wi-Fi features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. It was really nice and comfortable trip. Host Shankar is very polite and is always ready to serve you. He helps in creating an iternary and helps in water sports activity arrangements as well. Food is really delicious. Location is also good, just some steps away from beach. Surely visit this homestay for comfortable trip.

Set in Christpāda, Spicy Mango Ocean Paradise - Luxurious Sea View Villa In Alibaug offers accommodation with a private pool, a patio and mountain views. Close to Kashid beach, amazing pool & polite staff, excellent food provided by the property. Well spaced rooms and the pool was perfect for relaxation and play. Staff is polite and accommodates any requests they can. This property has a sea / mountain view and you can enjoy it from the pool or the front porch (which is great on its own). Kashid beach is 10-15 minutes drive and it is a white sand beach which is pretty well maintained.

Situated in Alibaug, within 1.5 km of Nagaon Beach, Saffronstays Casa Del Palms, Alibaug - luxury pool villa with chic interiors, alfresco dining and island bar offers accommodation with air... Such a wonderful time spent in this gorgeous villa with friends! Love every detailing in the house. Everything was comfortable, food was great! Lots of space to play games and have fun! Highly recommended

Situated in Pawas in the Maharashtra region, Rama Niwas Beach Home Stay has a balcony and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Stunning location, two minutes walk from a huge empty sandy beach. Glorious swimming. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and friendly. Food provided by a neighbour was delicious. Lovely spacious terrace for chilling. Perfect place for a rest.

Set in Dānde, within 1.3 km of Kashid Beach, Forest Casa By Rashmiraj - Kashid Beach is an accommodation offering mountain views. Amazing location and property amongst lush greenery just as described and rooms were exactly like in the pics. The family manages the property and they are lovely hosts and attend to all our needs and requests kindly. Additional bonus is their delicious home made aromatic meals and their cute pets. I was also surprised with a special birthday gift (since I stayed there on my birthday) by the host Ameya and his family. Would definitely visit again and recommend to everyone.
