The view is worth the money. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, you can try to spot marine mammals. We were told that the seals come to the rocks below in the summer. The beds were comfy and there was more than enough space for two people. The self check-in details were clear and the communication with the owner was fast.

To say we loved the apartment is an understatement. We felt so at home in the space, it was cosy, very thoughtfully appointed and had everything you need to be comfortable. We stayed two nights and wish we’d stayed longer, it’s the perfect location to explore the peninsula. Asthildur and Jonni have thought of everything. Thank you for having us!

El Marbakki Luxury Ocean Retreat se encuentra en Budhir y ofrece bañera de hidromasaje. Esta villa cuenta con jardín, zona de parrilla, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Marbakki was a very beautiful, secluded property. My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!

El Anchor in Ólafsvík, situado en Ólafsvík, ofrece wifi gratis y vistas al río. Este departamento tiene jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Everything was perfect. It was clean, the appartment was perfectly equipped, couldn't be better, and self check-in worked well. Highly recommended.

The room is great with a fantastic view (that we could see the aurora dancing from our window!) The dinner buffet is a must !!!!! The best dinner we had in Iceland :) We will come back.
