I needed to book a room last minute, and Aaron who is the property owners & Booking host seriously went above and beyond. His communication was 10/10 and made sure we had a smooth check in, a comfortable stay. He spoke us through the whole process, from payment to getting to the security gate and checking in to letting us know our security deposit had been release. We would definitely book to stay here again at Irie Vibes Ocean View again and we would highly recommended this property. Oh did I mention this property is in a serene gated development with a beautiful infinity pool and mini mart onsite and even has a private beach. This property was exceptional value for money. Everything was great. The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was already on site to give us access and a tour upon arrival. He was excellent with communicating with us throughout our stay. We felt very safe in the gated community. The pool was right next to the private beach which is beautiful and peaceful. There was also a convenient small shop inside the complex with snacks and other necessary items we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

Everything was great about this property, if you’re looking for peace, quiet and tranquility this is the place for you. Champagne villa boast a beautiful property, with a private beach and a swing in the back yard. The beds were comfortable, microwave, stove and refrigerator were very efficient. It’s a 5 mins drive to ‘Border’ if you want to eat the best seafood. There is also a bar on site and you can have your meals door dashed to you by a local restaurant, ask for info at the property. Very nice and respectable owners and the housekeeper was wonderful. I had a great stay overall, I’ll be back hopefully soon!!

The townhouse was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view as promised. The beach/pool area was just perfect - quiet, lots of space, and easy swimming. Finally, the staff was incredible. From Marie who handled the booking, to Mr. Brown, the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed, to Nie, our most excellent driver - everyone (including groundskeeper and housekeeper) provided an amazing level of service, care, and attention!

Easy reach if driving to shops. Safe. Wonderful view of the Sea from the hill. Would stay here again and recommend others too who are looking for this sort of accommodation. Home from Home.

The host was absolutely lovely, she was there for all of our needs and any issues we may have. Friendly warm and welcoming atmosphere we felt very comfortable staying at Moonrise. Its not too far from the beach and just outside of the property there is a little shop for drinks and snacks etc.

Brand New Luxurious Townhouse in Negril er staðsett í Negril og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu, einkasundlaug, garðútsýni og verönd. I loved the location on the 7 mile beach. I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.
