Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. The room is super equipped and very clean. The special thing about the accommodation for me was the hosts in particular - they are the nicest people ever. They helped me with everything and we had great conversations. The dinner at their place was great, I can highly recommend it. It was the best accommodation in Sri Lanka so far.

Located within 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach and 2.1 km of Marakkalagoda Beach in Tangalle, Villa Don Bastian offers accommodation with seating area. This is an awesome little place in the owners family house. Only a couple of rooms which makes it perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Pool is refreshing, beach is super close by and the owner is a great host. She is happy to share all the best tips and she will make sure all is in order for you to enjoy your time.

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Located within a few steps of Tangalle Beach and less than 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach in Tangalle, Luaya Beach offers accommodation with seating area. Habitació amplia i còmoda. Jardí on et pots relaxar. Molt aprop de la platja i de restaurants. El personal és super atent i amable, pendents de què no et falti res en cap moment. L'esmorzar (sri lankan/english) boníssim!

Offering a private beach area, Green Turtle is located on Rekewa Beach, 12 km from Tangalle. 1 minute from turtle watch rekawa information center. Amazing location, very friendly & helpful owner. Went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Featuring a private beach area and views of mountain, Cinnabar Resort is a recently renovated guest house set in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach. I loved the beach treehouse that I stayed in. I fell asleep and woke up to the waves and it was magical. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure my stay is perfect. The breakfast was big and nutritious.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. Loved that everything was clean, and felt very welcome. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed! One of the nicest stays we’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Located 400 metres from Tangalle Beach, Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. Cute and comfy cabanas near the beautiful turtle beach. Sri Lanka’s traditional dishes at their restaurant were huge and extremely delicious. The hosts are very nice and careful family.
