Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. These people are so kind! I ate my dinner there twice and the seafood Manu serves is great! The location is short distance from the beach. Silent beach is close by and walkable, but I rented a scooter. Shower is cold, but clean, just like the whole room. AC works perfect.

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Great hosts, - Supun & the team were fabulous ! delightful breakfasts, hot shower, ac that works ! your own kettle, mosquito nets, great location 2 mins to beach and all restaurants yet quiet and beautiful 🪴 garden Stay here if you can ! I can not recommend it enough !

Offering a private beach area, Green Turtle is located on Rekewa Beach, 12 km from Tangalle. 1 minute from turtle watch rekawa information center. Amazing cozy quiet hotel 5 min walk from really nice beach. Extremely nice personal and service.

Cinnabar Resort sijaitsee Tangallessa 16 km:n päässä Hummanayan vettä pursuavasta kallioreiästä. Majoituspaikalla on oma ranta-alue. Majoituspaikassa on ravintola ja 24h-vastaanotto. Just a super cool unique experience. We got lucky and got upgraded to the treehouse and the views and experience of walking along the wooden handmade walkways was super cool. The food was good and the eating area was very unique and right on the beach. It rained a bit but having the elevated room made up for it.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. I loved the terrace with a big quiet space to rest in the hammock. It's a great place to spend a few days and relax.
