Emilien also creates an environment where everyone talks and laughs together. Plus the location cant be beaten. Youre just minutes from the trou d'argente. It is really a special place.

Situated in Rodrigues Island and only less than 1 km from Grand Bay Beach, Palms Ocean views features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It’s tremendously exciting for world travelers to find somewhere very special like Rodrigues Island, 600 km east of Mauritius. Even more intriguing is what the accommodation will be like so far from the populated world. The pick-up from the little airport was faultless despite a common Air Mauritius delay and we were greeted at the Blue Room by John who showed us around and settled us in. The accommodation is simple and entirely unpretentious where everything works, including (now wait for it) wifi that yields, another ‘wait for it’, 320 Mbps! Plenty of water for the shower, hot and cold, with uninterrupted power supply. John can make available a car, a robust 4x4, at rates that, as I told him, are far below market rates. The Blue Room overlooks the somewhat distant Indian ocean that is a short drive away in Anse aux Anglais, down the hill. Restaurant-wise, there’s not a hell of a lot going on in Rodrigues but the local village down the hill offers some animation in the way of two okay eateries and a little grocery store. It’s pretty too. So, it’s a great place to stay (without AC but good fans) and highly recommended indeed. Bravo John!

The villa was clean and neat. Me and my mother had a beautiful stay in Rodrigues. Clara is such a lovely person, kind, helpful and bubbly 🥰 Clara sorted out the car for us that was already waiting at the airport, helped me to find a dentist and gave a lot of useful tips 🤩 Fred is also a nice guy. Not to mention their lovely doggy 🥰

Beautiful apartment, modern, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was great to sit on and watch the world go by. Fabien and Christine were outstanding hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay a really good experience. A truly lovely couple!

The apartment was great, it was perfect for a family. It wasn't far from Port Mathurin and the owners were lovely and so friendly.

Struttura a conduzione familiare, il Tigraviers Bed & Breakfast si trova a Graviers, a 11 km da Port South East. Very relaxing stay - room was very comfortable with nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are served on site and were very tasty. There's also a good restraurant within walking distance. We rented a scooter from the hotel which was more than sufficient to get around the island. There are beautiful walks that can be done from the area along the coast in either direction.
