If we could give 11 out of 10 we would give it. It was by far the best place we stayed during our 4 week trip to New Zealand and the best value for money. The stay exceeded our expectations in many very important areas (location/views, number and quality of home devices and furniture, garden, breakfast, very good wifi) and the small ones (like range of tea and number of tea bags, TV with unlocked channels, local tips, New Zealand guide book, welcoming chocolate candies, I could have mentioned much more of those) On top of that the place was extremely clean and the host so helpful.

Seaview Apartment asub maalilises Pictoni sadamalinnas ning pakub fantastilisi vaateid sadamale. We had a fabulous stay at the seaview apartment! The location is fantastic, you can easily walk anywhere in Picton and there are many scenic walking trails nearby. We loved that we could wander onto the Main Street for dinner/drinks/coffee in under 10 mins. The apartment itself had everything we could need for our stay and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The living space is huge and the kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed having this as a relaxing base to explore the region. There is even an outdoor area with fabulous view! Beds were comfy and the shower was great, definitely recommend!
