The owner and staff were extremely accommodating and easy to work with, and without a doubt, I’d stay here again if I return to Davao. The kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a big refrigerator, comfortable couches, extremely fast internet, good beds, great hot water for showers, a big dining area, and an excellent pool. Avida Towers are right in the center of downtown Davao, and the daily night market is only a few blocks away, as are many restaurants, bars, and malls. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Davao, this is definitely it! Plus, the prices for this large unit are quite reasonable 😊

The host was very helpful kind and gave us the good suggestions. Jem provided us a lot of good places and services. The resort is a very nice place nature，very clean and beautiful. We like very much the day going to the island with the boat.
