What truly impressed us was Merla's extra effort in making a second call to the rental shop, going above and beyond to check if we could ride directly to the airport instead of arranging alternative transport. Her dedication to ensuring our convenience and her friendly demeanour with a constant smile made a significant impact on our experience. Another staff we would like to compliment is the security guard at Nacpan Beach Glamping, John. He always welcome us with a wide smile and willing to share with us the turtle stories.
