He is a super helpful host, willing to share his invaluable tips, anytime, anywhere. He's got your back. As for the apartment, it was tidy and clean. It has everything you could ask for, even the beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Brickell City Center is 15 minutes away on foot with a Seven Eleven just around the corner.
