The room was cosy and warm, with all fresh bedding and towels provided. The dining area was welcoming, with various kinds of cereal stocked and a microwave and big TV available. The host made us a lovely Irish breakfast too!

Located in Annalong and only 33 km from Down Cathedral, Marine Villa B&B provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features quiet street views, and is 39 km from The Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Colman. Host was very helpful (offering a ride to the foot of the mountains, with breakfast choices and other help). Room and bathroom were clean and reasonably spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied.

It was my base for 4 days from which to explore. Brian and his team were wonderful, good information on where to go and what to see. Love my local purchase from Nora's Jewellery, she has gorgeous pieces displayed and helped me decide which piece to bring back home to Australia. Cloughey is a real little gem on the coast, I even enjoyed morning tea in a local couple's home, I met then at the community garden. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The accommodation is brimming with heritage and character and set in a tranquil area with a beautiful garden. Our host was very pleasant and hospitable, providing tea, coffee and shortbread in the luxurious lounge on arrival. Our room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, quiet and complete with a pose of freshly cut flowers and tasty condiments. Our breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options on the menu. I highly recommend this fantastic B&B!

The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. BEST place we stayed in Northern Ireland! Each room was themed and beautifully decorated, and all the ones we saw looked quite large. Ours had a balcony overlooking the beach, where we ate all our meals. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and because we weren't feeling well, we took them up in our rooms, which was very kind of the owner to let us do. Our stay in Newcastle was really sad because we weren't able to do the things we'd come there to do--including hiking Slieve Donard, which rose teasingly right in front of our rooms--but the hotel was a wonderful place to be stuck in while we felt bad. I wish I could go there again and do all the things we missed out on. We would definitely stay at Conlyn house.

A beautifully spacious room with incredible views of the pastures and mountains beyond. Homemade biscuits were waiting for us along with the options to make tea, coffee, or hot chocolate! Delicious breakfast made to order. Sarah and John also went above and beyond to help my sister when she was injured. If ever in this part of the world again, I’ll certainly be staying here!
