The hot tub was AMAZING and Liz was very helpful and accommodating! Really good quality breakfast ingredients and very tasty home made treats. The area is lovely with two really nice pubs down the road. We 100% recommend and already booked again.

Rooms were a delight spacious and tastefully decorated. We had booked a twin room but were upgraded to 2 rooms - 1 king 1 queen at no extra cost. Shared kitchen facilities worked well and continental breakfast a bonus. Would happily return.

The dog-friendly bed and breakfast is within walking distance to Bradgate Park and Swithland Woods. a little hard to find however Hillary the owner gave excellent directions, a beautiful place, well furnished room, comfortable and clean, fabulous host, the best nights sleep in ages, great breakfast - you can have a choice and wonderful scenery, so peaceful and so welcoming, thank you Hillary
