Gorgeous sunrise lit up the balcony and spilled into the room.

The atmosphere was so calm and peaceful. The room was so cute and cozy. The warm color scheme of the house was so inviting and tropical. This is my new home away from home.

This was such a good stay. The hosts Paula & Eric were so responsive to my text with questions prior to my arrival. Booked an airport pickup with Eric and he was there even though my flight was slightly delayed. Room was spacious and clean and the neighborhood is quiet with a few minutes drive from the beach. The property is gated so as a solo traveller I felt safe at all times. It felt like a home away from home. I ordered a Jamaican breakfast the first morning. It was very tasty. The portion size was huge, so you could skip lunch quite easily. They were on hand to give advice on travel if you were unsure and would always encourage you to ring them if you encounter any problems. They were so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property, shame it was such a short visit for a family funeral.

The property was centrally located between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios which was extremely convenient so my mother and I were able to quickly get where we needed to go. The Baxters are such genuine people and went out of their way to ensure my mom and I had a delightful experience. We felt as if we were family from the time we stepped foot on the property to the time we left, which we were sad to go. We also enjoyed a delightful Jamaican breakfast which we enjoyed every morning on our private patio. In addition, they accommodated our schedule for when we wanted to eat. The hosts also offer a lunch and dinner menu that’s on point and very reasonably priced. There are so many other wonderful accolades I could give Modrians but you’ll have to go experience it for yourself. I’m actually kind of scared to give this review because I don’t want to to be booked when we return but they deserve ALLLLLL of our business so make certain you book because it’ll be a wonderful experience for you.

Teresinajamaica is a quaint guesthouse located in the lush countryside outside of Saint Ann’s Bay. It offers free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and beautiful tropical gardens. The breakfast was very good. It exceeded what i expected.
