Fantastic guesthouse within short walking distance to city center. Varuzhan was extremely hospital and extremely knowledgeable about Armenia. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Facilities are very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again. FYI, there was no sign and addresses are poorly labeled so very helpful if you can message the host for help upon arrival.

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! There’s a nice garden and covered area with a table to relax too.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we LOVE it! It is perfect at every form, and we will come back again! The hotel staff and the owner are very friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. The beds and mattresses are amazing! We had a futon mattress and I had one of the best sleeps.
