I stayed there for a month. great location - quite street, there is a grocery shop and a supermarket nearby, and it's only 7-10 min walk from the center (Pirin st.). The place has 2 very comfortable and well equipped kitchen and dining place, the rooms and the public places are very clean and pleasant. It shows that the place is well kept and well managed by the nice and kind family who lives there. It is really a great guest house, I enjoyed my staying there.

This place is incredible!! All the great reviews don’t lie, it is a lot nicer in person compared to the photos as well! Big living room, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen was fully equipped for whatever you may need. The bedrooms are identical to each other almost, both with ensuite bathroom and a big wardrobe space. Very comfortable beds and all the amenities you expect. The location is perfect with lots of bars, cafe, restaurant within a 2 min walk.

Excellent place - has all that you can possibly want in apartment comforts. It is by the mountains and the center of town is only minutes away. The keys are picked up from a box at the apartment and the host is in touch before and during stay.
