What i liked? Everything! There is nothing i could complain about. The first moment i entered Ascott Raffles, i felt like home. Every single employee is totally accommodating and kind. The rooms aber super clean and you have everything you need inside: - coffee machine with tabs - 2 bottles of water every day - washing machine powder to do your laundry in the apartment, but there is also a laundromat - there is an iron for your clothes - drying rack - completely decorated kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals - if you are to lazy to go out or cook by your own, there is a service where a robot will bring the food to your room - very good air conditioning - big shower and also a bathtub - very comfortable bed with 4 pillows .. and much more.. If you go out, you can directly walk into the big shopping mall, where you will find eveything you need. I highly recommend this hotel and i hope i can come back soon again. Thanks to the staff for this wonderful time!

location is north of city, safe and quiet area. around is business center, 10min walk there is a shopping mall where you can have lunch and dinner. 5min by Taxi to city center, the staff is very friendly and very helpful!

They've been answering every inquiry. - Excellent customer service - Great location 📍 (You better double-check the location with the owner. I got mine close to the metro & shopping street. It was a very safe and convincing area. ) - The place is easy to access to the transportation such as bus, train, taxi. - The apartment makes me feel like staying at home. I felt very relaxed & comfortable during the stay. It comes with a washing machine, fridge and projector screen. - Wifi was alright. You may need a VPN to access to Instagram, Twitter &etc. - There are security guards downstairs & the door lock is very safe. Suitable for a solo traveller. - The place was quite clean. Overall compared to the price, it was very great. ที่พักสะดวกสบายใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟฟ้า, ป้ายรถเมล์, รถแท๊กซี่มีผ่านไปมาตลอดค่ะ ทั้งนี้แนะนำให้โหลด Wechat แล้วทักไปคุยกับเจ้าของดูว่าห้องที่ได้อยู่ที่ตรงไหน ส่วนตัวแล้วเราได้ห้องพักที่สะอาดแล้วก็ปลอดภัยมากค่ะ ห้องที่ได้เป็นยูนิตที่ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านค่ะ มีเครื่องซักผ้า, ตู้เย็นเล็กๆ, โปรเจคเตอร์ไว้ดูหนัง เจ้าของตอบคำถามทุกคำถามจริงๆ ตั้งแต่ก่อนเราจะโอนเงินให้เขา เราถามเยอะมาก เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดห้องยังไง จ่ายเงินยังไง เช็คอินยังไง แล้วเขาก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือมาตลอดทริป ช่วยส่งที่อยู่ ช่วยแนะนำให้เราขึ้นแท็กซี่มาลง etc. สำหรับเราแล้วตอนจ่ายเงินลำบากนิดหน่อยเพราะต้องจ่ายผ่าน Alipay/WeChat แนะนำว่าถ้ามีเพื่อนหรือคนที่เชื่อถือได้ก็ให้จ่ายให้ หรือไม่ก็เติมเงินเขาแอคเราแล้วโอนให้เขาค่ะ ก่อนตัดสินใจจะพักกับที่นี่ตอนแรกเรากังวลมากเพราะไม่เคยไปจีนมาก่อน แทบไม่รู้ภาษาจีนเลย แต่เพราะได้ที่พักดีและปลอดภัยก็ทำให้เราเที่ยวอย่างสบายใจ ฉงชิ่งเป็นเมืองที่น่าสนใจมากจริงๆ แนะนำให้มาค่ะ

very nice hotel, not far from Jiefang Bei, the famous pedestrian street of Chongqing and heart of this lovely and historic city… I got a really wonderful and spacious room and they kindly allowed me a very early check-in and I thank them very much… breakfast good…. staff very cooperative… if I come back to Chongqing, my hotel choice is already made: I’ll go again at Somerset Yangtze Chongqing !
