This is the first time we stay at the Oak Wood. The room was so nice and clean. The staff was very nice from house keeping to the staff at the front desk and the bell man. Especially, I would like to thank you the manager, Jimbo. He was so helpful when we need to extend our stay due to the fair was longer than we thought. The rooms are clean, with fresh towels daily and basin toiletries provided. Joie, the receptionist, was exceptional. She goes out of her way to take care of us, even booking us a ride thru her Didi app. She recommended places to go and eat, and things to do. The hotel is great for Canton Fair stay. It helps that it has laundry facilities.
