Great rooms great views. But the best was the staff I had to leave in a bit of an emergency and they made any and every effort to get me home in time with very reasonably place transport. that was very exceptional and I've never seen that anywhere else in China. Thanks again

Miss Liang was extremely kind and took care of helping us hike to the other villages, arranging cars, and cooking us wonderful food. We stayed an extra night (total of 3 nights) and the views from our room and the common spaces were amazing. We liked the location of Ping’An village because it seemed a bit less crowded than Dazhai with the chair lift and loud speaker. The building was all timber using the local traditional style as well which we really liked. We will hopefully visit again soon to see how the rice terraces change as they get ready to harvest the rice.

She prepared a breakfast when I was leaving very early in the morning to discover the village of Dazhai and even arranged a transfer to Yangshuo. The food was delicious ! Auntie Liao is the owner of this property and she manages everything from the check in to the cooking etc. She is kind and will do whatever she can to make your journey a memorable one. Her dishes are delicious and healthy, and her homemade Longji Wine is a must try!

Just need to walk few minutes to be in the rice fields. 1h by foot to go to Longji and 4h to go to Dazhai (other villages). Home made meals were delicious (with local rice!). Host was also kind and she speak english.

The hosts, Jason and his wife have been extremely friendly, helpful and in general very attentive to make it a throughout great stay. The hotel is just beautiful with it's wooden details and of course the rooms view is incredible. Even the food seemed to be better here, than in the surrounding restaurants. Apart from the hotel it's a super nice area with little villages between the rice terraces. Also great for day-hikes.JulianYoung couple

Jason speaks excellent English, which is a real bonus (we traveled for 2 weeks in south China, and had frequent communication problems, we met very few people with a good command of English). The hotel is well located, at the entrance of the Ping An village, and close to the hiking trails.

The hotel is at the entrance of the village, few meter away from the parking. It is very pretty, all in wood. The room was clean and smelled the nice smell of the wood. The view on the rice fields and the mountians was just amazing ! It was a very relaxing stay at the Baike hotel. We would definitly go back there if we come back to LongJi.KellyYoung couple
