I absolutely loved my stay at Tanoa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest staff you could imagine. I felt so welcomed in my little A-frame in the jungle. I loved having a private bathroom and the hammock in the treetops was the perfect place to relax with my book and listen to the sounds of the birds. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Minca. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Amazing service ! The rooms are huge with clean toilets and an amazing mountain view in the day. The staff are a small family that helped us with all our requests. I needed a laptop for an interview and the owner lent me his. His mother made my partner coffee in the morning (complimentary) and they even let us leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out. If you are in Minca you should definitely stay here. Also the WiFi is very good 10/10 overjoyed with this hotel

We had the most wonderful time at this hidden paradise. The staff is super nice, the food is great and the views are breathtaking. While having breakfast you can watch the peacocks and colibris. The place and the view is fabulous and the family who owns this place were more than kind and helpful. They helped me to organise a safe taxi to Minca and then back to airport when I left. I would recommend this higly for everyone and expesially if you don't know much about Colombia! When the sun rises/sets you can see the tucans flying to the trees in front of the balcony. Spectacular.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sintropia. The cabañas are well equipped and extremely well designed with panoramic windows on all three sides. The property itself sits on a truly magical land which boats countless mango, passion fruit, avocado and mandarine trees. The hosts, Luis and Marilyn, were extremely hospitable. They made it feel like a home away from home. One evening, my partner had an upset stomach. We asked Marylin if they had any medicine to spare us. Instead, Marylin went and plucked a few herbs from her garden and told us to make an infusion out of it. She initially intended to give us some bicarbonate with lemon but ran out of lemon. You can be sure that she had it ready for us first thing the next morning. Not to mention the home cooked meals that were delicious! This place was hands down the highlight of our trip and we can’t wait to visit again.

This was our favourite stay in Colombia. A beautiful setting, clean and comfortable accommodation, good breakfast and a great pizzeria next door, owned by the same family… just perfect. We stayed in the larger ‘tent’ and it was great to have the extra space for bags etc, but both options looked lovely. The owner was very helpful in arranging us mototaxis into the centre of Minca, but we also walked on other occasions and it wasn’t too far - 30 minutes. We loved going to the cascada escondida nearby, and even the river which was even closer on the same route was great for a quick dip!
