It is a project designed by the owner and his daughter, who are both architects. It was very cosy and a nice retreat. You wake up in a park with hummingbirds in front of your door and a great view of the volcano. Then you can hike the Park trails (ca.3h) and experience a hidden jungle, waterfall with a lot of fauna. Also there is a cool viewpoint where you can get a photo of the volcano and the jungle.

The place is marvelous, almost inside the rainforest reserve. Marcella and Fabio made our stay memorable, and gave us super useful information about the surroundings and how to explore Chidren's eternal rainforest reserve. I'd recommend to stay as long as possible, as this place is magical, full of peace, calm. Birdwatching (and Sloth watching!) during the breakfast time is something you'll never forget.

Ingrid and her husband are awesome. they were extremely helpful and welcoming. They prepared the best breakfasts we had in Costa Rica and we really enjoyed the calmness of the location, watching sunset on the Arenal vulcano. The room is basic but it has it's charme and you can't find a cheaper place where to stay! Best quality-price ration we found in Costa Rica!

Everything was great! Things in the Bungalows are new and good, it has a mini fridge, sink, dishes for 2, big bathroom, good tv and AC. Even though it's in a reserved place it's pretty close to downtown and many different restaurants. It has an extra air mattress if you're traveling with more ppl. Carla greeted us and was very helpful and caring! We highly recommend the Bungalow!
