The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.
