Our family of four adults and two kids stayed at the hotel for our vacation. The hotel is a small, family-run guest house. It is located near a ski lift. The rooms were clean and cozy, offering a breathtaking view. The lounge was also cozy with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs, and access to a kitchen with several tables. Our hosts, Nana, Levan, and George, were brilliant. Their hospitality and help made our trip unforgettable. They were always ready to assist us with ski rentals, shopping, restaurant orders, and many other things. Nana's breakfasts and coffee were delicious. We loved spending evenings in the lounge near the fireplace. We really felt like we were visiting our close friends. ❤️ You are the best!

The best place in New Guduari for couples who like to be at the center but not to hear all the noise at night ! Great location for skiing (5min walking to cable car), near supermarket and restaurants. internet works very well, smartTv, hot room (in contrast to other places which dont heat well). Every little item is thought of, from a rug to feet at the enterance, through coffee/tea, oil and salt till an extra blanket and a place to put clothes and soap when you take a shower. Responsive owner who helps and answers immidately. Great for a long stay as it even have wsshing machine and extra garbage bags. Finally a place in New Gudauri which pays attention to all the details. Highly recommend.
