The place was very new and everything is at a very high standard. It was sparkly clean, super comfortable, warm, and the host very lovely. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple meals, but also some restaurants are in walking distance. We stayed here to go climbing in Paklenica National Park, which is only a few minutes drive away.

This was a disappointment since the Villa had 4 stars and the Hotel had "only" 3 stars. Comparing these two, the Hotel Vicko had better breakfast. The breakfast area was crowed and a little dark.

The apartment was in walking distance to the entrance to the National Park (30-45 mins walk) on a quiet lane opposite the apartment, no need to walk on the main road.
