The pool is a wonderful added feature. The hosts Gerard and Ann gave us a warm welcome and they communicated with us before and during our stay for ease of arrival and check-in, as well as offering helpful tips during our stay. Good home base for day trips in and around west cork.

Everything was fabulous. Jean Luc and Ina were kind and gracious hosts. The property is beautiful and quiet with private parking and entrance. Coco the dog and the chickens often come to say hi throughout the day. The drive to Clonakilty is about 10 minutes. You're about 70 minutes from Cork, Kinsale, and Cobh which are easy day trips. I cooked dinner each night in the cottage and the facilities were great. Wifi was also strong. Highly recommend this cottage.

It is near the town and easily accessible. The house is spotless and adheres to covid guidelines. The bedroom is very spacious and the the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and our hosts Dermot & Bernie are lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

The weather was amazing so we could sat in the back garden for lunch one of the days. We had all the privacy needed and the village wasn't too far away to get some food shopping done, have dinner or a cup of coffee in the morning.
