Frangipani has build a new room on second flor.It has its own private terrace with a wiew. Both the room and the terrace are big end everything is new. The room has a kitchen. Internett is good. This is well above what I expected. I have stayed here before and know Anusha and her family and their hospitality. So what can I say, I can just recommend If you plan to visit the area.

This place is fantastic - highly recommend if you are staying in Kochi! The location is perfect, the family that runs the Homestay is lovely, and they will go out of their way to help you have the best stay. The rooms are nice and the beds are big (and air conditioning is available for a small extra charge!). The family will also help you to rent scooters and plan your days/nights :)

Great peaceful location. Walking distance to anything important. The rooms are situated in a courtyard which is green and beautiful and I heard the criquets and birds all night which was lovely.

Amazing family takes care of all the needs of travelers! Beautiful, big room with comfortable bed and private toilet and hot water! Safe place for single female and great location - 7 min walk to fort Kochi, pub lick buses to get everywhere and nice street food around!! Highly recommended ❤️
