I was impressed with the attention to detail; I was traveling with a baby and the staff had a lovely crib, bottle warmer and sterilizer ready without needing to ask. When we arrived for breakfast, there was a table ready with a high chair for baby. Everyone was nice, patient and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Great location in a very heart of the Palermo. As the earplugs were offered next to the bed (we do use them anyway on daily basis), street was quiet after 11pm. Superb breakfast compared to "classic" italian offering only sweets, cakes etc., in addition enjoying perfect view. Sparkling clean, we have stayed for two nights, lady cleaned the bins etc. on both days. Do recommend!

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.
