Amazing service, we were received with a warm welcome and complementary drink. The host was very helpful with answering all our questions. He also helped us with the takkyubin service organizing everything. The accomodation had a lot of facilities like an entertainment room with old arcade games and several private onsen bathrooms. Our room was also equipped with a private Nintendo gaming console. We loved to play the games again we used to play as a small kid :)

Everything was good. The Staff, Location, the room, the onsen, breakfast...all are wonderful. I have problem with my heavy luggage but the nice young female staff helped me. The hotel is right across Kusatsu bus terminal (less then 1 minute walk), and there is a 2-minutes-walk shortcut to Yubatake. There is a convenience store right in front and a restaurant next door. There is no shower or bathtub in the toilet in guest-room. But who needs those when you have an onsen with showering area.

Is a very good place to stay. They have private small onsen, it is good enough. I drove there and there's parking for me too. It's quite a distance if you walk to the centre tho. Driving is fine.

Hotel was well located for Yubatake streets and centre. Also other onsen were within reach of the hotel (up to 10 minutes walk), although the hotel had their own onsen which we used. The meals were amazing (we had the half board option), with so much choice we couldn't eat it all. The quality was very good with chefs cooking some of the options in front of you. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at meal times and reception giving us directions. An excellent hotel for Kusatsu Onsen, and an amazing experience.
