Our room was big, very comfortable, and had everything we needed! It was conveniently located within walking distance to the river and main areas of Vientiane, but far away enough from the main streets that it was quiet. They also had free filtered water in their lobby which was really appreciated. The front patio of the guesthouse was shaded, had a pool table, and was a nice place to relax or eat breakfast. The best part was the adorable resident cats, all of whom were very friendly and brightened our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Serviced apartments with a daytime reception. Nice and reasonably spacious apartments overlooking the river, nice balcony, nice evening views. The location is just about perfect - it's 2 minutes walk to the beginning of the riverside walk with its restaurants and food stalls, which stretches another 15-20 minutes walk all the way to the city centre. So you're close to all of that but in a more quiet spot. The huge restaurant next door wasn't really loud while I was there, and I never noticed any sound from the bar on the back side of the building.

It was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet, comfortable, secure, close to the riverside and town centre (10 minute walk) and close to a gym. There is a coffee shop downstairs which has lovely food, coffee and other drinks. There is a seperate kitchen to cook some simple meals for yourself and a seperate lounge area which is very nice to sit around in. The apartment is very spacious. The owner let me check in early and was very helpful for any additional requests that I had. I ended up staying an extra week, I liked it that much.

Absolutely awesome location, both owners are so friendly and ready to help. I read so many bad comments about this Guest House and I was ready to face it. I did not see any ant in my room, no mosquito as well. Room is clean as I expected. People complained about single bedsheet. Heeeeeelllllloooooo…it’s once again a guest house. Don’t expect any guest house to get 5 stars Hotel’s facilities. I stayed at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts all over the world. I can’t and I don’t compare a luxury hotel to a guesthouse. Be realistic! I worked also at a super high standard hotel and super high quality of services. This Intouch Guest house is unique and I accept of what I paid. I will stay again soon after my visit to Luang Prabang. Noise? Come on! Just put earplugs. I always have them. Or drink 2 bottles Beerlao before sleeping. You will have deep sleep like me and beautiful dreams every night 🤣. Make life easy and support local businesses. Luv and hug. Make a friend and not a war!

Greatly appreciate that I was able to check in at 10:00 after traveling from the states - and without hesitation. The location is not super central Vientiane but turned out to be perfect. You’re able to take the VTE airport bus to stop A3 then walk 10-15 min to the accommodation. Few minutes walk to a morning market for fresh fruits & food stalls. There is a very small local night street food market nearby as well as local street stalls along the way. The area is walkable. Room was basic but clean & comfortable. Hot water on demand, aircon worked great, large fridge. Mellow ambiance. Pool is kept in excellent condition & is a great addition! Only stayed one night before heading on to Vang Vieng. Hotel staff was able to easily book onward transportation travel. Will be staying there again prior to Laos departure.
