Louis was very kind, the communication perfect, key-handover and the whole organisation extremely uncomplicated. We were even allowed to stay in the apartment until the afternoon on the day of our departure, which we appreciated immensely. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Very helpful information provided in a guest information book

The style of the furnishings was so interesting. Very minimalistic, but it gave the unit the touch of St. Martin. The private pool was small, but located in a very spacious garden that allowed for barbecues and playing on the grass. The pool itself was large enough to lounge around in. The safety of the unit was great. Located in an entirely restricted area gave us a true feeling of security, but we had to call the security every time we left the perimeter. It would have been better to have an access code or another key. The manager of the property answered all of our questions and concerns almost immediately. The air conditioning and huge fridge were welcome amenities. The fact that it was very secluded and away from civilization made this an amazing choice for someone who wants to get away from it all. The free parking in the large garden was one thing that we never had to worry about.

I appreciate the hosts efforts to make the apartment cozy- the toiletries, pantry stockers with vinegar,oil and spices as well as beach chairs. Very nice pool.

Laurene, the hostess, was wonderful. She made everything so easy and was always available to answer all of our questions. It was a safe location, in a gated community and the apartment was very clean. If you have no difficulties walking, you can walk to town, even though the pavements in Sint Martin are not the best. There is a supermarket nearby (even sold some vegetarian items), a pharmacy and more. Check out Wonderfood By De, a nice little restaurant, just a couple of minutes from the apartment.

Beautiful view and great location in a quiet area. Gaz station/super market is right in front of the property where you can do groceries, buy wine, fresh fruits/veggies/bread! Friendly neighborhood, a 30 minute walk to Marigot, 15 minute walk to David’s Hole and Baie Rouge beach (beautiful beach). I am a solo female traveler and felt 100 safe :) Cathy was an amazing host as she responded quickly to any questions I had and her place has literally everything you need!

We liked the balcony although the mosquitos were bad at times. Being close to town. The market, pharmacy, groceries were all within walking distance.

The studio was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is perfect. It's in the centre of Marigot and close to everything. I definitely recommend this accommodation for both short term and long term stay in beautiful St Martin.

Clean. Good Bath, Good fully equiped Kitchen. Even had spices and coffee filters. That was a first for me anywhere! Fast WIFi. Nice Balcony. Good space for two people. Walking distance to restaurants and Marigot. Good new Washer. Plenty of hot water.
