Everything about this hotel was amazing. Super cool location in the original Inca old city, right across the way from the entrance to Pinkuylluna ruins hike. Sound of flowing water from Inca canal at night. Comfy, modern room with view of ruins from my balcony and view of more ruins from the awesome rooftop patio. Huge delicious breakfast. But the best part was the particularly helpful hosts, two wonderful local women. They really went out of their way to provide me with additional information and take care of all my needs.

The best place that I stayed at in Peru. It was incredible value for money and was better than all of the other hotels I stayed at, some of which cost three times the price. Booked for two nights but ended up staying for a week. Family owned business and the owners are very good and helpful people. On my last night they helped me book a taxi to the airport and woke up at 3am to make sure it arrived and I got off smoothly. Could not rate this hotel and the owners more highly.

The staff were so lovely, the owner took the time to give us detailed explanations of sites we could visit in Ollantaytambo and the surrounding areas which was appreciated! A comfortable bed and great hot shower in the private room. They also let us stay upstairs on the terrace all day after check out until our evening bus to Cusco. Its close to the main square but in a quiet alley which was good. Highly recommend!

Nicol is the best host we had on our trip through Peru. She and her husband, who we met the last day, are so friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was great! We had a wonderful room with the nicest view on our whole trip. The surrounding mountains are more than beautiful!

Very courteous staff who were always ready to help you. Excellent location with impressive view of the Archaeological Park and view of the Pinkuylluna Mountain Granaries from some of the rooms, close by to the Archaeological Park and Mercado Artesanal (local market), two-minute walk to the charming Plaza de Armas. Delicious breakfast!

The location is along the river just outside the wall of the village. It is interesting that part of the original village wall is inside the property. With a few steps (stairs) we can access the village and feel like we are living in another time. It was a great choice to stay in Ollantaytambo and we liked a lot ou stay in Casa de Ollanta.

Kati speaks great English and arranged for us to visit a local family in the area for a delicious meal and to see how they live. She even walked us over and and waited for the collective to arrive and deposited us on it. She also set us up with a taxi driver the next day to drive us around the area and see some sights, maybe a bit more than we expected to pay, but a great experience. The staff were so lovely and very kindly carried my bag all the way to the top of the stairs (it’s a long way up a lot of steps!) - we arrived at night but when we woke up in the morning our view was just incredible. such good value and a lovely breakfast of fruit, bread, eggs and avocado. thanks for an amazing staySan-DYoung couple
