This is a very comfortable big room in the town centre of Vila Real, near restaurants, the river, and stores. Perfect if you want a quiet space as well. The room is big, and the mattress is very good. Because the rooms are on the top floor it's very quiet during the evening, you don't hear any noise from the streets.

The distant views over the Douro vineyards and the infinity pool were amazing. The room was really clean, modern, and spacious. Our host was very friendly and a delicious breakfast was served in the well appointed dining room.

A beautiful garden with relaxing pool!!The room was quiet and perfect, with a lovely huge bathroom. The host Margarita was wonderful, we had a warm greeting, a small tour and some advice on where to go in town for dinner. Really a lovely spot for anyone touring the Douro Valley and its vineyards.

Ines and Paulo were the pefect hosts. Ines couldn't have been more helpful with answering my plentiful questions. Such a congenial couple in a scenic setting, walking distance to the Mateus Palace and major highways. This 17th century property retains all the rustic charm of that era while providing the modern amenities that make the stay comfortable! The other two guest houses on the property with 1-2 bedrooms and baths are simply charming and a good value for families traveling together. The pool looked clean and inviting although we did not take a dip. We loved sitting in the patio!

Julia, the owner is the cutest and really making sure to bring so many people together. We had a really unique experience and were able to fully dive into the community live. The location is super good for some hikings and views. also the street until the stay is accesible with a normal car, so no worries about the rental car :) Thanks again Julia, we had a magical time!
