I recently stayed at Shell Villa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself was lovely, offering comfortable and clean accommodations. But what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service, particularly from a staff member named Josh. He went above and beyond to assist me, showing great dedication in organizing various excursions. His helpfulness and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay. Ngermid Oasis is in a great off the beaten path location in Palau. The owner is super helpful and responsive. She helped arrange transfers to and from the airport and to restaurants downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning and afternoons. It has a great pool and kitchenettes in the 2 units we rented. It was perfect for us to stay before and after our liveaboard trip so we will definitely be back.
