What makes The Studio so special is the lovely owner's couple Juanita and Atti. 😍 They welcomed us as if we were friends. Thanks so much for the time ❤️. They invited us for Baai, which was awesome! Juanita and Atti are very open and communicative as we love to come in contact with locals when we travel. They live in the same house, but the apartment is separated. And they respected our privacy! Nevertheless, the apartment is awesome as well! It was spotless clean, very well equipped with everything you need for selfcatering! The fittings and furnishings are beautiful and with so many lovely details! The pool in the yard is very nice and refreshing in the heat. Its just a 10 min drive to the Addo Elephant NP, where we had 2 wonderful days🐘🐘🐘😍. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant very close. Colchester is a safe area. We would definitely come back! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The villa is well equipped, bedrooms are huge, outside area have excellent river vista. Canoes are available and you can fish off the jetty. The place all over has everything you need .. with an indoor pool and an amazing outdoor area to relax or have food. Wayne, the owner of the villa, is a fantastic person and really cares about his guests. Breakfast was served starting at 6 AM which is perfect since the park opens at 7 AM. Wayne also has a lot of recommendations for your park visit to see as many animals as possible. All together we can highly recommend to stay at this place :)

The villa itself is very nice with a beautiful indoor pool (too cold to try during our visit in August!) and nice communal areas. It's located only a few miles from the southern entrance to Addo Elephant National Park which as very convenient, and there's a shop and a couple of restaurants a short drive away too. Breakfast was also great, and there are 2 friendly cats on the property that our kids loved.

The advice he gave made us feel like we knew the place. The ambience of the Addo Riverside Villa, Colchester, was astounding - built on the bank of the Sundays River with boats galore.
