Great breakfast included and the dinner as well (10 euros pp). It is towards the farther end of Valbona, so you do have a few kms to walk to get to the Theth trail. No wifi, but you get cell service. Excellent views.

Lovely, cozy room, which was modern and spotless. It is exactly as pictured. The private bathroom was also nice and very clean. Fabulous views from the front door of the mountains. I was generously given a lift to the trailhead to Theth - many thanks! Location was easily accessible from the main road - I was dropped off by a van transfer from Fierze and found the property really easily with the advice sent by the hosts on the day. Communication was great. Most importantly for me, I felt very safe at the property as a solo female traveller, especially given that the room itself locked with a key.
