She welcomed us in front of the property and showed us our room. The property is in the Old city and very close to the Bazaar and all the restaurants, cafeteria and historic sites in Gjirokaster. We've had an amazing time and I truly recommend Maria and her lovely house.

We loved everything. The host, she was lovely. The bed is super comfy. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, the best one we had in Albania. You are pretty close to the thermal baths, so it is the perfect location to go there. And there is parking space inside the property. Everything was great. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Honey House. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything. He guided us with tips where to visit during our time. The son also works with a reputable river rafting company and he helped us with organising our experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was exceptional, all cooked by the wife, all genuine and sourced locally in the village. We had the dinner and the breakfast there and both were very tasty. This was the best meal we had in all of Albania. The owner also produces honey products and raki (also with honey, the only place we tasted this variety!). We bought some of the products to take home with us. Highly recommend this place for the full experience we were given.

You'll fall in love with the amazing cosy family. They're great.
