Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

The apartment is spacious, clean, looks brand new. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy skiing holidays in the Kaernten Region. It also has its own parking spot, which is very convenient. Easy access by car, conveniently located close to the city centre and shopping centre. Access keys to the appartment easy to collect, the system in place is easy to use. Although we did not use the kitchen, we found that it is well equipped. Hosts were very kind and left a starter kit (sugar, coffee, salt, pepper...) on site.

The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.
