The thoughtfulness and reasonable distance of the staff. They contacted me before my stay with information on how to check in and were attentive to any questions I had during my stay. They helped us booking activities. Basically, communication was via app messages, which made us feel that they cared about our privacy. Recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were excellent.

The views of the Myall River were amazing! The apartment was beautifully furnished & very clean & comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The solar heated outdoor pool is a perfect temperature for all year round swimming. The sauna & gym are excellent too. An easy walk along the picturesque waterfront to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, club & Nelson Bay Ferry. The most luxurious accommodation in Tea Gardens for total rest & relaxation. Drew & Kerrie are very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable hosts.

Bem-vindo ao Santuário Port Stephens Koala! Situado na pitoresca região costeira de Port Stephens, NSW, o nosso santuário 8ha oferece uma oportunidade única de se conectar com as queridas coalas da... We loved everything about the Koala sanctuary... We went as two adults with two small kids. It's another reality to sleep in a luxurious "tent" in the middle of eucalyptus trees and get to go see Koalas right by it. The tent was super comfortable, really clean, and the set up with the little terrasse was perfect.We had everything we needed and more with the very nice complimentary treats. The staff was super available and nice, providing all the information we needed, including on the guests Koala private tour as well as for arrivals late at night like ours. And to top it all you have the great pool, including the warm one, and a breathtaking beach 10 minutes away by foot. So.. we will come back :)

Felt like home, clean and comfortable, great facilities, short walk to the beach, great location. Thoroughly recommend it, and I’m fussy!

Dispondo de banheira de hidromassagem, o White Sands, 14 Whitesands Road - Pet Friendly & Air Con está localizado em Fingal Bay. Loved the separate spaces and the outdoors area. Being able to have the dogs with us was also really lovely.

The place is super tidy and clean. Superb location with walking distance to beach and shops, convenient location but away from the crowd. The place has pretty much everything you need. We already wanted to Come back again ..kids had so much fun staying at Nelson Bay!

The location was very close to town and shops. The whole property was clean and spacious. The facilities and amenities were everything you would need if you were away from home. We loved that linen and towels were provided for as well. It’s such a gem of a find in Nelson Bay!
