Campsite is situated under trees, so nicely shadow. Unfenced, so you get the real natural wildlife thrill :) Lodge is amazingto hang out and watch the plains for more animals. Loved the honesty bar: grab your drink, make a note, pay later Owner/staff is really nice, we had great talks in the evening. Perfect start/ending point for Chobe!

Amazing location showcasing a quiet and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was surely an escape made special by the amazing hosts Morgan and Severine! Loved the safaris in the Okavango. Truly breathtaking!!

La Villa 13, Maun se encuentra en Maun, a 9 km del Museo Nhabe, a 10 km del centro comercial Maun y a 1,4 km de los servicios de viaje con jirafa líquida. Very convenient and well laid out 2 bedroom apt with modern amenities and everything needed to make this a base to explore the Maun area. Tshespo was very helpful in finding an alternate for 1 night when there was no electricity in that area due to some work going on. We were not left stranded to fend for ourselves. Very helpful indeed. We were very comfortable in our stay and in the self catering especially as we are vegetarians. Perfect place to explore the area for the full day and the recharge in the evening/night to repeat the next day. We highly recommend villa 13.

El The Maun Studios se encuentra a orillas del río Thamalakane y ofrece alojamiento a 7 km del aeropuerto de Maun. Hay conexión WiFi y estacionamiento gratuitos. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We feel very fortunate to have stayed at such a beautiful property with mature lush gardens, clean and well appointed rooms, and the best part, wonderful and warm hosts. Sarah, Margaret and Rocky made this more than just a stay, they welcomed us to their family estate and engaged with us like we were friends. They had good suggestions of what to do but also let us decompress after long travels. We were able to walk along the river every morning and saw interesting wildlife and especially birds! We were so happy that our conversations with our hosts allowed us to meet “real locals” and not characterless staff you often get at hotels. This is an absolute must stay if you are in Maun and recommend to stay more than a night before rushing off to safari. It’s also very close to the airport.
