Jose and Socorro have been amazing with us all around. Jose built the place himself out of lava rock. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed, you're on a volcano after all. They guided us to the top of the volcano and back, accompanied us around the area and drove us back to Sao Felipe on a sunday, when no collectivos are running. A magic place, super energetic and positive hosts, great cooks and helpful hosts.

Ciza and Rosy were so attentive and welcoming. They helped me arrange transport from the airport to Cha and back to the airport at the end of my stay. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. My room was clean and pleasant. They helped me arrange a guided hike to the peak of the volcano. They are centrally located in Cha and I could buy water and snacks nearby and souvenirs. I had such a wonderful stay with them

Located in Chã das Caldeiras, casa alcindo offers a bar. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Guests can enjoy mountain views. the location is unbeatable! right in the crater. the manager and staff are really lovely and go out of their way to provide information. food is great too. make sure to try the banana cake.

I had a wonderful stay at Pipi's. You can really tell the place is loved. The food was wonderful and genorous and the cocktail was delicious. Wifi worked well in my room and everything was clean and well organized. They helped arrange a collectivo to the caldiera and made me feel very welcomed as a solo traveler. It's very close to the airport and you can walk there in 7 mins.There is a sign on the left as you leave the parking area about 100 m. The road is basic so keep an eye out for the sign so you don't miss it.

Casa Ze & sonia mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Portela. Ze and Sonia were super nice, friendly and accommodating. They could speak French relatively well. The room is simple but functional. The meals prepared were very delicious. The WiFi was good to work from there, and in case, the 4G antenna is located nearby. Absolutely recommended!

I loved to be treated like family by this amazing couple João and Leia. The place is really clean and cozy and has a great sense of style. João is also a great guide to take you up to the Vulcano, and feeds you with a lot of information and culture. Totally recommended and worth it.

After the beautiful down hike from Portela we were very tired and we're welcomed with cold drinks. After that we had a very lovely paella and went to sleep in our comfortable room. We had a very good and quite 11 hours sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and enough. Beautiful location overseeing the coastline.

He proudly provided a fine dining experience. This was a very natural experience in the outdoor bungalow, beach and tropical grounds compared to the large chain resorts that we normally stay at. Loved the very memorable two days there and great overall value.
