The host was really friendly, it's a beautiful property in a great location. I'd say the location is ideal between city center, beach, and supermarket. Definitely recommended!

Orietta and Stefano were great hosts, they made our stay wonderful with an easy check-in, useful recommendations, excellent breakfast, really beautiful historical house with all details in order, cozy pool, nice rooftop, clean and comfortable room. Perfect place to enjoy the interesting city of Mindelo in the amazing island of Sao Vicente. We just can say thank you for everything and we would love to come back one day.

Casa JPi ligger i São Pedro och erbjuder strandnära boende med bland annat en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Praia de Sao Pedro ligger en kort bit bort. If we knew our experience will be as great, we would definitely book for a longer stay! The village is still so authentic and very safe. We love the warmth, pureness and privacy the JP and his team offer. There is only 3 rooms in the house which allows for the quiet and homy feeling. We were lucky to have the room with the balcony which offers the best possible view. All the furniture and equipment is modern and well taken care of. The water is really warm (not always the case in Cabo Verde). We very much enjoyed the home made breakfasts and dinners. Will miss the very special marmalade, cakes, punch and the chats with the team and the guests we met! We wish you a wonderful stay and hope to be back too!

Apartamento Sta. Filomena har utsikt över staden och erbjuder boende med en bar och en balkong, 2,7 km från Torre de Belem. We did not have a very good stay but the owners were very reactive to resolve everything. I am sure they will make the necessary improvements in the future. The apartment itself is great.

The apartment was brand new and in a very good location, 2min walking distance to Laginha beach and many amenities around(supermarket, restaurants,close to bus stop) . Irina was very responsive and always managed to help us on any situation. Internet connection was ok to work. The flat was very clean and there is cleaning 1 day per week. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Filomena Apartments LUXURY har utsikt över havet och erbjuder boende med en balkong och vattenkokare, 8 minuters promenad från Praia da Laginha. First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.
