Set in Shanklin, the recently renovated The Bay house Apartments, shanklin offers accommodation 200 metres from Shanklin Beach and 15 km from Blackgang Chine. It was a joyful experience. Warm welcome from host and treat’s especially hot chocolate, kids loved it. It was very nice , clean and comfy and we got everything we needed during our stay with our kids . It was raining and we reached earlier and host was so cooperative and messaged that apartment ready to check in , and we got everything to make ourselves tea, coffee , hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. So we didn’t have to stop anywhere or rush out for a drink . Later in afternoon weather got better and we left for our venture after freshen up.

Situated in Ryde and only 1.6 km from Ryde Beach, Westend features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast was amazing. Christine ensured we had all we needed for preparing our own breakfast meal. Christine also catered to our dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant. She ensured substitute milk was available and the cake she baked was dairy free as well. The decor in the flat is very beautiful and a lot of work has gone into it. The place gives a comfy and relaxed vibe the moment you enter the rooms. The windows give enough natural light, especially in the morning when the weather is nice and sunny. The bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed. I am 6months pregnant and did not have trouble sleeping on the sofa bed. The beddings were clean and smelled of freshness. The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided in the bathroom. Christine is environment conscious therefore she does not provide disposable bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which we appreciated. Recycle bins are also provided to ensure rubbish goes into the right bins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I highly recommend Westend as a place to stay when on the Isle of Wight. The place is very close to the ferry and a walking distance of the seaside.

Situated in Shanklin, near Shanklin Beach, Appley Lodge is a historic bed and breakfast that has a garden. It is set 15 km from Blackgang Chine and features luggage storage space. clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

El Summerhill Apartments està situat a 2,4 km de la platja de Sandown. L'allotjament ofereix WiFi gratuïta i aparcament privat gratuït. Richard met us at the door when we arrived on the property. We took a taxi from the Wight Link ferry pier to the property - Ryde Taxi is lovely! The apartment was within walking distance to the beach, high street, grocery store and public transportation. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. There was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits to welcome us at the apartment. The location was quiet, clean and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There wasn't a dryer; however, there was a very handy clothes horse in the closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Shanklin! Thank you, Richard! We hope to be back again in the future!

Offering a garden and garden view, Stroud House is set in Freshwater, 20 km from Blackgang Chine and 26 km from Osborne House. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, friendly host, great breakfast, lovely room, good location. We would definitely come back if we visit the Isle of Wight again.

Goshens Farm B&B, a property with a garden, is situated in Wootton, 6.9 km from Osborne House, 19 km from Blackgang Chine, as well as 4.2 km from Robin Hill. The facilities were clean and modern, breakfasts were delicious and Dionne was wonderful. Highly recommend it.
